Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Cutoff Time: All orders must be placed by 3:00 PM (PST) to be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier conditions and other factors.

Shipping Destination

We currently offer shipping within the United States only. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Regardless of order amount, we offer free standard shipping on all items.

We partner with the following trusted carriers to ensure your packages are delivered safely and quickly:

Shipping methods are automatically selected by our system based on your delivery address and order weight. We will choose the most suitable carrier for your order based on various factors.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours after placing your order.

Cancellation Conditions:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours after payment is confirmed
  • The order must not have been shipped yet (orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled and must be processed according to the return policy)

Note: Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted. The order will be processed and shipped as normal. If you need to return an order after it has been shipped, please refer to our return policy.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the tracking number provided by visiting the carrier's website.

If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us through the information provided below.

Delayed or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are delayed or lost due to issues with the shipping carrier, incorrect address information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays).

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed:

  1. Please check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email
  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly to investigate the issue
  3. If you are unable to resolve the issue with the carrier, please contact us for further assistance
